1. Acceptance
By using Family Safety App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Safety Features Are Assistive
Location, safe zones, SOS and AI-assisted responses may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate due to device, network, permission, battery or service conditions. The App is not a substitute for emergency services.
3. Emergency Situations
In an immediate emergency, contact your local emergency services directly. Do not rely solely on the App.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account and for using family features only with people you are authorized to connect with.
5. Location Sharing
Only enable location sharing when you understand who may receive it. Manage permissions and family membership appropriately.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the App to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, unlawfully monitor or otherwise misuse another person.
7. Availability
Features may depend on Firebase, network providers, Android and other third-party services and may change over time.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion through the App or our website.
